Safety for our guests and our staff has always been

a top priority for Prim Short Stays.

 

We want our guests to know that we are doing everything we can to provide clean and safe accommodation.

 

 

1.

Our cleaning teams have individual Risk Assessments and practices in place with access to PPE and high-grade virucide cleaning equipment. 

2.

All mid-stay cleans have been cancelled moving forward, which not only protects our guests but also our housekeeping teams. 

3.

As our guests are key workers every effort is in place so that we can provide an essential service, and ensure our guests and our staff can be as safe as possible.

4.

With current government advice on the lifespan of the virus on surfaces and in the air we no longer provide same-day turnarounds to provide sufficient time for a thorough clean post each guest departure.

5.

We ask that you adhere to the check-in and check-out times to allow for safety precautions. Every apartment is vacant for a minimum of 24 hours before each guest arrival to ensure the property is as safe as possible for each guest. However special requests will be considered on a per stay basis.
